Thomas DuBose & Associates was the Architect and Engineer of record for the site and building design in addition to the construction document phase of the TSC Retail Facility project. The facility is comprised of 18,923 square feet of retail sales area, 3,994 square feet of stockroom area, 859 square feet of business area including rest rooms and 951 square feet of vestibule and miscellaneous areas. The total building area consists of 24, 727 square feet. In addition to the main building there is an exterior sales yard with 20,888 square feet of space.
The TSC retail facility is also designed for a truck dock and parking for 92 vehicles including five accessible spaces. The exterior of the building is comprised of slit face concrete masonry units with the vestibule construction consisting of an aluminum storefront and insulating glass. The vestibule canopy itself is constructed of metal siding. The facility is located adjacent to a shopping center that features easy access from the main highway through Adrian. Completion of this project is scheduled for Spring 2007.
