Get ready for luxury living in downtown Toledo. Steve Green and his company Mecca Management are developing a number of upscale townhouses near the Erie Street Market and Fifth Third Field. The idea is to bring the look and feel of similar structures in bigger cities like Boston and Chicago to the revitalized warehouse district.
Mecca Management contacted Thomas DuBose & Associates to create the designs that would eventually become the River West townhouses at 115 South St. Clair St. As always, Mr. DuBose and his design team paid careful attention to the details that make this living space unlike any other in the Toledo area.
The buildings' layouts have been staggered to maximize privacy and light within a courtyard setting. Each townhouse is also designed with a private, attached garage on the first level. The exterior uses a brick and block facade that is reminiscent of the new Mud Hens Stadium while still complimenting the existing architecture of the historic warehouse buildings.
The interior features an inviting sun-filled space and a private "roof patio". There is a fireplace in every living room. Hardwood floors can be found in every kitchen. Each townhouse also features elegant master baths with separate showers and whirlpool tubs. There is also an opportunity to personalize each home with a wide range of optional features.
