Project Journal – MS Center
This multiple lot project encompassed three phases. It is situated along a high traffic location at the corner of Monroe Street and Skelly Road.
The first phase was to develop site engineering for a new Aldi store. Placement of the building was crucial as it would set the precedent for the remaining open space and retail visibility.
The second phase, which is currently under construction, is to renovate an existing retail center and to provide an addition to that building. In doing so, the building will become the cornerstone to the lots. With its unique brick and lighted tower features, the building will not only accent the Aldi store, it will shine on its own.
The third phase will be to develop the rear open space. Plans for this space include office use and other options if required.
