Featured Project - Pelican Grille
The Pelican Grille project is a renovation of an existing 8,345 square foot pole barn framed building. While the space offered considerable room to work with, careful consideration to the layout had to be taken to maximize the space’s potential.
The project required the demolition of an existing apartment. In its place will be a newly designed, state-of-the-art kitchen. Upon completion, the Pelican Grille will feature great lighting, a fireplace, a custom bar and lounge as well as a conference area.

Proposed Project - Levis Commons Flex Building
Located off South Wilkinson Way in Levis Commons, this design / build project through JA Morrin Construction, was to be developed to house office and stockroom uses. The final building design of 20,762 square feet had to be developed using the design criteria of the Levis Commons Architectural Review Committee.
The final building design will be a mesh of aesthetically pleasing storefronts and completely functioning flex spaces.
