"Don't give us warm and fuzzy"...That was the direction that was taken on this custom home. The essence of industrial was detailed throughout the home.

Use of the industrial theme was carried out from the structure to the trusses; both of light-gage metal, to the interior features. The use of a glass system more commonly seen in high-end office buildings allows for a spectacular view of Wier Rapids. Stainless steel accents were used throughout the interior, including steps from the foyer to the great room, and edge banding on the second floor bridge. The pool is all stainless steel with a steel bridge spanning over it to the spa area. The base theme was also carried out in the light fixture selection and the high gloss flooring.

This home is on the banks of the Maumee River, in Ohio, but could fit just as well on the shore of the Pacific Ocean.
